I still can't believe the spring semester is starting tomorrow. I gotta wake up early tomorrow so I can register for one more class. Might have to drop one if time conflicts. I HAVE to focus more in school this semester to make up for the last. I did so bad =(
Went out to Masquerade last night and I had a pretty good time. A much needed night out I can tell you that. Brought Darren, Calvin, and Michelle with me. I felt kinda bad 'cause Darren and Calvin didn't look like they enjoyed themselves mainly 'cause they didn't know anyone out there except Ton, Chad, and DJ. Marie was so gone. LOL.
Maybe next time.

I am mentally and physically tired.
I guess this year started out the wrong way. Wait, no. I take that back. This year started differently than expected. Though I didn't expect much, I still wanted it to be at least a decent start. School is a few days away and I'm already feeling a little stressed. UGH. Annoying.

It's been so long since I've written here. Not that there's much going on in my life. Just the same old thing with school, varying in difficulty and how much work needs to be done.
I want/need another MacBook Pro. -sigh-

| We went to Grand Isle yesterday and it was my first time there.
[We = me, Orson, his dad, and his little sister Jennifer]
For my first time, it was an awesome experience!!
We left around 7am...
I tried going back to sleep but I couldn't but I still had my eyes closed,
hoping that I would fall back again but to no avail.
I had my first try at riding the waves and for being such a total n00b, I got beat up by the surf board >_<
But my determination got the best of me.
My arm got slashed by one of the fins and the board left a little bruise on my foot.
Okay, the slash is a bit over-exaggerating but I have a huge swollen bruise and a deep cut.
I'm so sore now... LOL You can't beat the waves ^_^;;
Now I see why Orson loves surfing...
Anyway, after a few wipe-outs, Jennifer and I went crabbing and caught a whole bunch!
It was my first time catching crab too.
I wonder why my dad never took me since he used to be a fisherman.
Orson joined in later and his dad went fishing.
When we got back, we counted 120 crab!!!! O_O
Too bad they're all broiled up now. Heheh...

Ahh... It was a very productive and fun day overall =)
In addition to the extreme soreness, we all got our blessings of the sun's rays. We're so dark now. And sunburnt. =P

[Music | Amos Lee - Sweet Pea] So I was hoping, REALLY REALLY hoping that today's weather would be like yesterday. But alas, my hopes were crushed. =( I agree with Tu Vy's post. It was a very pretty day yesterday. Everyone was out in the Quad and you can see people laying on the grass, reading, studying, relaxing, and sleeping... On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I have this 3 hour break and normally, I'd go home and chill/eat but I dunno, I got home from my drawing class and dropped of the art stuff then waited for the next bus to campus. LOL Quan thought I was crazy to be on campus with so much time on my hands before my next class. Most of the time I was chillin in the Quad with some friends and it was so relaxing... Laid on the bench and looking up at the sky... It was perfect.. And since my phone has a built-in mp3 player, played some chillin music. Almost fell asleep!! Hahah I was 30 minutes late for my class. I was really thinking about skipping and just relax outside on the bench... Lovellyyyy!! -sigh- I hope that kind of weather will be back again. . . . . . . . In the mean time, I'm looking forward to spring break!! Waiting for fun fun fun fun!! And of course, relaxation! P.S. Milo is baaaaccckkkk!! AAAHHHHH~!!! I missed that little booger!! | | |
